Smart Cities and Infrastructure Practice Lead

Generally supports Built Environment Division in the following areas:
Develop and implement overarching strategy for smart cities and smart infrastructure.
Develop approach to the integration of smart cities and infrastructure into the design process.
Helps build pipeline of smart cities and infrastructure pursuits; prepares win strategies.
Identify potential leads, clients & partners via proactive engagement with various stakeholders.
Establish strong relationships with key contacts with customers, suppliers and partners.
Enhance Parsons brand and reputation through direct client/potential client interface.
Interface with P&L;leadership in regards to project and pursuit financial success through execution of smart cities and infrastructure services.Support related resource assignments, talent growth, and strategic hiring.

المهارات
Preferred Education/ Experience
4-year degree in Engineering/Other Related Field and 10+ years of diversified and applicable experience is preferred, with at least 5 years of smart cities and infrastructure related experience.

Skills/ Competences:
Knowledge of smart cities and infrastructure best practices.
General knowledge of the market trends and competitor products, services and activities.
Proficiency in leadership and client relations skills.
Capability of conducting focused briefings to all levels of management.
Ability to effectively solve complex problems and exercise excellent judgment.
Excellent communication skills.Practical experience in smart cities and infrastructure.
