The LAAR & ATP Coordinator will report to the Logistics Team. The role is office and construction site based and specifically involves site visits and inspection for verification of compliance with approvals.
Ownership, execution and management of Logistics approvals and permitting including but not limited to:
Laydown Area Access Request forms (LAAR)
Authority to Proceed Permits (ATP)
Processing, verification and responding to contractor/consultant applications in systematic manner, within time bound constraints and in accordance with business processes.
Stakeholder co-ordination with multiple parties including all construction projects on site.
Responsible for documentation and records of approval registers, expiry dates, notices to vacate and permits.
Continuously update site drawings to capture current Logistic arrangements.
Uphold safety at all times. Permit only allowed under properly authorized conditions in accordance with documented processes.Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
المهارات
Engineering degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years related work experience. Previous work in a large infrastructure projects is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Commitment to quality and safe work practices.
