Reporting to the Marketing Assistant, the incumbent will provide a support service for marketing and management in Dubai. The Intern is responsible for marketing administration and support to the Marketing Assistant and Senior Department Manager. Responsible for supporting the Marketing and Customer Service department internally, supporting and working with other internal departments at times (Customer Support, Central Admin) and ensuring accurate and timely completed work.
Responsibilities include:
Work directly with Marketing Assistant to complete all tasks assigned.
Assist with translations of customer notifications, setup of customer mass email system for important customer notifications.
Work on CSR & Sustainability projects with Marketing Assistant.
Work on volunteering activities, finalist volunteer numbers and follow up that volunteer hours are captured on the CHEP system.
Assist with Social Media management, checking CHEP LinkedIn accounts for interaction and notify Marketing Assistant if response from CHEP is required.
Conduct regional marketing material stock count and notify Marketing Assistant of items that need replenishment.
Assist with event organizing for internal staff and external customer events.
Work with Marketing Assistant dealing with suppliers for marketing print, gift & event projects.
Run monthly reports and populate monthly management report to be sent to department head. Running reports from SAP BW and Siebel and then collating data in Excel.
All adhoc admin requirements as requested by the Marketing Assistant
المهارات
Current Marketing student in final year or fresh graduate in marketing .
Keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint would be an advantage.
Team Players who are systematic, accurate, result driven, patient, non-aggressive and service orientated will be the best suited to handle this position.
The ability to communicate with people at all levels internally and externally is essential.
