A reputable student recruitment agency based in Dubai with longstanding relations with global clients and educational institutions with a focus on the recruitment of international students from the United Arab Emirates to overseas universities, including, Australia, US, UK , is seeking a Managing Partner, with an established presence in this field and demonstrated experience in student recruitment and office management.

The primary role will be to oversee the ongoing delivery of high quality, efficient operation of an existing office, coupled with the development and execution of growth strategy in the UAE. It is anticipated that the potential candidate refine current operations by implementing efficient and effective business practices, protocols, standards and performance criteria, Establish and manage an effective employee performance management system and implement a board-approved achievable growth strategy.

The potential partner will be most likely an experienced and influential leader skilled in managing organisations for a profit and implementing strategy, demonstrate record of successful people management. Knowledge of the international education recruitment environment is a distinct advantage.
