Taylor Sterling is looking for an experienced Project Manager (10+ years experience) from a Civil Consultancy background to join an international consulting company in UAE

المهارات
The Project manager should be able to oversee the following resposibilities & possess the following skills-

-Project Cost Controlling, Project Cost Allocation, Lean Management, Budget Allocation

-Consultancy experience required

-Previous GCC or UAE experience required

-Proven background in Engineering, Commercial Construction and Delivery process

-Well versed with Local & Federal Authority Rules and Regulations and Civil Engineering Codes as well.

-Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

-A supportive and encouraging approach to mentoring less experienced members of the team

-Proven track record on completing major buildings,high rise & commercial projects

-PMP, IPMA certification is essential
