• Make an assessment based on online student’s assignments and prepare a sound evaluation for student’s feedback.
• Prepare a Record of Learner Achievement for each assignment for each student using The Design Institute standard forms:
• Log all students’ assessments in The Design Institute - Online Learning Center
• Managing the quality of delivery, ensuring The Design Institute standards are maintained and assessment needs of students are being met.
• Answering students’ inquiries with regards to the modules, assignment preparation and technical inquiries.
• Maintaining records and files for inspection purposes.
• Writing school documents, policies, handbooks and forms for administration and accreditation purposes.
• Liaison with accreditation organizations when necessary.
• Liaison with marketing professionals when necessary.
• Participate in meetings with The Design Institute staff and faculty as required.
• Liaise with The Design Institute staff to ensure that the learners’ needs are met on the course.
• Open and respond to enrollment inquiries via email, live chat, telephone and social media.
• Co-managing of social media platforms.
• Writing articles for Blogs when necessary.
• Assisting in composition and setting up of The Design Institute website. This may include, but is not limited to, writing website contents, assessment of layout and liaising with IT and graphic designer for design development. • Writing weekly reports of tasks completed.
المهارات
• Have relevant current industry experience and competence in Interior Design occupational working area and/or hold interior design qualifications.
• Have an appreciation and sound understanding of The Design Institute website.
• Be able to demonstrate a commitment to further training and development as well as high professional and personal standards of work and of conduct.
• Be skilled in Microsoft Office programs, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook.
• Have good administration skills.
• Have good command of the English language, written and oral.
• A good command of the French or Spanish language is a plus.
• Experience in education or training is a plus.
• Skills in managing social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn, is a plus.• Skills in Adobe InDesign is a plus.
