الوصف الوظيفي
The SME will develop content as in different fields and are as required. This happens as per a mutual agreement signed by both parties clearly defining the scope of the project, time-lines, and compensation, or (s)he has already developed specialized content in his/her area of expertise and looking to work with LRD to publish it.
The SME may be required to work and collaborate with other experts on the same project to deliver customized knowledge as per requirements.
The SME will work on variety of educational projects, including, but not limited to, text-books, training videos, manuals, courses, and assessments. In case of developing a course or training, the SME will select the objectives and content, in addition to reviewing the final product to ensure editing did not change the content.
المهارات
Appropriate educational qualification in the field of expertise, preferably a PhD or doctorate.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English languages.
Excellent computer skills.
