الوصف الوظيفي
• Talent acquisition Process: Support the Talent Management team & Functional HR Business Partners in the development of a robust talent acquisition process both for the regional headquarter office & strategic recruitment taking place across the region
• Recruitment providers: Lead a market mapping exercise of recruitment providers, ensuring the company to have the correct suppliers in place for business needs. Liaise with purchasing to ensure alignment with the company terms & conditions and effectively manage the relationship on a ongoing basis
• Lead recruitment activities: Manage the full recruitment process in conjunction with functional HRBPs including hiring manager & agency briefing, CV shortlisting and interview arrangement.
• Reporting: Manage the reporting process for talent acquisition, working with entity HR teams across the region to collate and analyse data

Background and Experience
5 years professional experience Experience in recruitment (in-house or agency), preferably within the Africa, Middle-East and India region
