Identify and develop business opportunities/ revenue growth.
Ensure long term relationships are built and maintained at all levels across
customer base within a TT structure.
Develop sales action plan for the region.
Maintain and develop prospect pipeline reports on manning requirements.
Analyze and review sales priorities, planning and presentation of sale.
Ensure targets are being met.
Continuously acquire knowledge, understanding of market, best practices
and processes. Be up-to- date on competition progress and practices. Ensure D&E;is at its minimum.
Facilitate Division Head in resource management. Support in maintain actual
vs. budgeted spends.
Maintain daily sales reports received from supervisors. Update Division
Head on a daily/weekly basis sales reporting, D&E;and bad debts.
Support supervisors in resolving sales/stock/D&E;issues.
Responsible for working with A/R team to ensure timely closure of
reconciliations and exiting of employee.
Follow up on collection of credit customers in order to make sure that weare in line with the Credit Terms set by the Company.

Graduate/Post Graduate
At least 8 - 10 years of FMCG Van sales experience with at least 3 years in a
managerial role. Valid UAE l driving license
Business Acumen
Communication Skills.
Relationship management Negotiation skills
