الوصف الوظيفي Inspect boilers and associated equipment to ensure safe and efficient continuous operations as per the designed procedures. Ensure that the lime tank level & baume are maintained as per the required standards. Monitor boiler’s water quality as reported by the laboratory and take corrective measures. Check boiler log sheets, analyze non- conformances and take corrective actions accordingly. Conduct boiler performance improvements to optimize the process. Coordinate with external agencies for the annual inspection of the boilers and safety valve testing. Report to the Production Manager in the event of trips or major problems & inform immediate superiors of any abnormality occurring in the assigned areas. Ensure that burner front of boilers are free of oil spillage and trays kept below the burners are cleaned frequently. Ensure that the subordinates are assisting the process operators in the start-up and monitoring the flue Gas (CO2) Compressors, soda ash preparation tank level and pH and the operation of the flue gas scrubber seawater pump. المهارات Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Post Graduate in Thermodynamics Must have at least 20 + years of experience in boiler design and worked in power generation companies, and boiler design companies Strong Thermodynamic Knowledge to involve in Design of Sub, Super & Ultra critical Boiler with international design codes Must Have in depth knowledge of Heat recovery systems, heat pump application تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/boiler-design-engineering-manager-3737465/ |
