الوصف الوظيفي You Role:- The role will drive excellence in talent, change, employee relations, performance and engagement through partnering with the leadership and senior management teams. This is a true Business Partnering role that would suit someone who enjoys a hands on role and who has the ability to successfully drive change with exceptional stakeholder management and project management skills. This role is an ideal opportunity to gain experience in a fast paced environment which will give you ownership and exposure. Managing Expectations: At Mindfield we are driven by mutually agreed KPIs and service levels. Exceptional results can only be delivered when we understand both our key stakeholders clients and candidates.
