The role of the Business Development Manager will be to liaise with the Major Corporate & Government Fleet accounts to identify, qualify and initiate business which leads to increased sales, aftersales, increased customer satisfaction and retention. To be the single point of contact for all identified Corporate and Government departments.
The key responsibilities will be but not be limited to:
• Frequent proactive account management to fully understand Corporate and Government fleet needs and ensure that the AFM offer is fully aligned to profitably meet the widest possible scope of customer needs and therefore maximise the AFM share of sales into Corporate and Government Fleets. Identifies business opportunities by establishing the contacts with the Corporate customer prospects and analyzing sales options.
• Active role in further AF Automotive way forward plans to establish Accessories Department on automotive group level along with ALAC to serve the customers’ requests in better and more professional manner.
• Until Accessory department will be fully operational, to be leader in Corporate Department in special tailored-made products for various customers based on their business requirements
• Other main focus of this role will be to develop awareness of Toyota Hybrid vehicles among corporate customers and to improve sales of Prius and Camry Hybrid (in particular) which will be open for sale to all customers during 2017
• To manage all relationships to maximize positive PR and CSI with the Corporate and Government fleet functions in the UAE.• Proactive regular communication with targeted corporate and government organizations including analysis of their SMR assumptions, to ensure optimum reflection of AFM SMR, and to form a working relationship that supports future loyalty through offering of SMCs and other Aftersales solution along with respective Aftersales Key Account Manager, proactive problem management, high customer satisfaction to ensure AFM remains the leader in the fleet sector.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Graduate level. Business Management qualifications highly desirable. Sufficient job knowledge on:
• Business modelling tools
• Fleet industry knowledge• Microsoft office suite knowledge
Minimum Experience: 5+ years sales experience, including exposure to B2B sales within the GCC region.
Job-Specific Skills: Good understanding of the fleet and/or vehicle leasing business in the UAE and good knowledge of (or willingness to quickly learn) about the Toyota product ranges and the benefits of those ranges to corporate customers.
The ideal candidate should have an understanding of key business dynamics, basic understanding of the After sales Business, at both business and technical level, and processes within dealerships and leasing companies.Understanding and awareness of the broader business context, specific and general economic factors affecting the automotive industry
