Senior Property Consultant

الوصف الوظيفي
We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Consultant to join Shades Luxury Properties Team. The candidate must have minimum 3 years experience in a similar position, proven record of successful sales, strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and good knowledge about the Dubai Real Estate market and best practices.

*Basic Salary ( the package varies depending on the experience of the candidate, up to 6000 AED)

*Commission (the package varies depending on the experience of the candidate, up to 60%)

*Company Car for viewings/meetings

*Medical Insurance

Duties and responsibilities:

-Will be responsible for working in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales.

-Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship.

-Study property listings and research market trends.

-Interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss the conditions of sale.

-Rent and sell properties for clients.

-Attend Real Estate related events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, seminars etc).

المهارات
Desired Candidate Profile:

-Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Real Estate Agent/ Property Consultant.

-Proven track of successful sales record.

-Good network / database of investors.

-Must have RERA / broker card.

-UAE Driving license will be an advantage.

-Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English ( Arabic ,French or any other language will be a great plus).

-Well presentable, punctual, respectful and trustworthy.

-Highly self-motivated, with an enthusiastic and proactive approach to his/her work.

-Abilitity to join as soon as possible!
