BUSINESS FINANCIAL ANALYST up to 22K AED for a Holding Company in Dubai

الوصف الوظيفي
Perform Business Analysis for the different business modules within the group
Valuation of Assets for real estate, retail, manufacturing & food & beverages industries.
Prepare Capital Structure Analysis.
Prepare company’s business and strategic plans
Prepare case studies for new projects/investments as and when required
Prepare feasibility studies including market researches & financials.Building financial models using historical data and providing forecasts based on various industry-related operating metrics.

المهارات
Open to any Nationality
Male/Female, 23-27 years old
At least 5 years of experience in the same role
At least 2 years of work experience from Big 4 or insurance companies or in commercial banking
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Econometrics, or Mathematics
Superior Excel Skills Background in revenue forecasting
With extensive experience in working with Financial Statement Modelling and Valuation Analysis
Must have an Advanced Proficiency skills in DCF, Returns Analysis, Comps Analysis and calculating WACC
Knowledge about Accounting, Finance & Valuation Experience in investment appraisal techniques like NPV, DCF, IRR etc
Confident command of English Programming experience is an advantage
Experience with ERP is an advantage
Good problem-solving ability Time Management
Must be fluent in Arabic & English
Work Timings: Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM – 6 PMWork location: Dubai, UAE

Salary is 22,000 AED, all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
