Quest Search & Selection in Dubai is an international, award winning, established Recruitment Consultancy with an impressive reputation for delivering middle and senior management appointments to a range of clients across the whole of the MENA region - and further including Asia, Australia and South Africa. Our core markets are Retail, FMCG and Hospitality. Due to our continued growth of the International team, based in Dubai, Quest is seeking to hire new Senior Recruitment Consultants specializing in the Consumer sectors.

As the Senior Recruitment Consultant - Consumer, your responsibilities include but not limited to:
Spearheading the recruitment strategies for the Middle East and Africa region;Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to ensure that objectives are met;Managing a portfolio of your own clients offering a full 360 services;Making pivotal decisions on Quest’s sourcing options and sector focus;Developing relationships and setting up contracts for preferred supplier agreements;Collaborating across the business to identify opportunities for internal progression and the development of your team;Managing yourself and in the future progressing into a management position for Recruiters and Resourcers in order to meet targets and expand.

Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (Senior Recruitment Consultant - Consumer)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial sales, specifically in Consumer Industry;Success as a team player and people manager;Strong communication and interpersonal skills;Excellent people management skills;Willingness to travel overseas.
