The Role
Supervisor Team Leader
EDUCATION
Technical aircraft maintenance diploma or level 9 certified components technicianCivilian or military training

Experience
9-11 years of experience within aircraft maintenance operations area in an MRO with increasing supervisor responsibility
Skills
Ability to supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of technicians
Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems effectively
Fosters continuous improvement, innovation and excellent customer
service Team management and business partner relationship management
Understanding of aircraft GSE equipment, systems and functions -
Extensive knowledge of Diesel and gas engine experience, including fuel
systems and controls; Chassis, suspension, steering and brake systems,
hydraulic systems and related component a well as power transmission;
12/24 volt electrical system, including charging systems &
batteries.
Use of precision measuring tools and diagnostic equipment; and cutting, grinding tools, fabrication and welding experience
Must be able to read schematics and perform technical inspections.
Knowledge of military aircraft maintenance operations
Knowledge of basic maintenance processes and procedures.
Strong communicate skills, written and verbal
Computer literate, proficient with MS Office packages
Must be able to read and write English.Ability to speak Arabic an asset.
