Growth Lead

We are looking for a stellar growth lead to help us shape the future of home services. In this role, you support the market team in their growth planning and decision making by thorough analysis. Your main tasks will be:

 Define, track and grow KPIs against daily, weekly and monthly targets.
 Develop and implement effective reporting tools/dashboards to minimize risk and proactively identify problem areas
 Run data analytics to design out-of-the-box growth hacks and short term initiatives to continuously oil the growth engine
 Conduct A/B testings.
 You design, develop and deploy automated marketing campaigns across email, sms, push, sms, call, etc.
 You work with our product and design teams to deploy and scale CRM projects.
Follow the weekly experiment roadmap and scale up the best ROI experiments through coordinating with tech team and other departments. Do whatever it takes to achieve exponential growth in all of our markets.

المهارات
A topnotch team member with a BS degree from a reputable university.
 3+ years of experience across functions.
 Target driven and ability to drive meeting of very aggressive targets.
 Experience working within the technology industry/start-up environment is highly desirable.
 A product and growth mindset - analytical thinking, desire to test and learn, willingness to pivot.
 Extremely detail oriented and organized; able to stay focused and prioritize under pressure
 Considerable knowledge of analytics tracking tools (knowledge on relational DB structures and data visualization tools like
Tableau or Qlikview is a big plus).
 Comfortable writing scripts to automate data and reporting processes (JS and other programming languages).
 Knowledge of Python or R is a plus (willingness to learn, a must)
