Male or Female, 35 years old below
Hotel or Restaurant Management Bachelor Degree or its equivalent
3-5 years in similar position in a five star
Restaurant and Bars experience
Directs and coordinates all activities and provides assistance to the staff in the restaurant or bar assigned
Manages all aspects of specific Outlets within F&B;department including the selection, development and performance management of colleagues, optimizing profits and increasing sales
Supervises outlet staff in day to day operation
Bar training and mixology
Attention to detail and quality
HACCP certified
Teamwork and professionalism
Notice period of One-monthWork location: Dubai, UAE
Salary is up to 8,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation or allowance, meals and service charge
