الوصف الوظيفي Location: Dubai, UAE Our Client is a well established manufacturer of composite materials for the construction industry and beyond. With state of the art equipment providing the highest quality and standards, they pride themselves of having supplied many key projects across the UAE, Middle East and Africa. Due to their expansion we are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual who thrives on a fast paced and ever changing environment Key role, reporting the Operations Manager, ensure efficient sales coordination between relevant departments are met. Responsibilities • Be the central point of contact between teams and clients • Regular Client liaison • Coordinate activities between departments in Procurement, Inventory and Pro-duction • Ensure efficient supply chain and logistics • Effective management of data and reports • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or event. المهارات • Minimum of 2 years post graduate experience in a similar role • Possess strong Technical knowledge of building materials • Strong organisational skills • High level of maturity • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal is essential • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other ad-ministrative positions will be considered a plus; • Good computer skills (MS Office) • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving • A team player with high level of dedication If you feel you have the right attributes and drive to succeed in this challenging position, please submit your CV. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/sales-coordinator-3753806/ |
