DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our growing team of digital specialists at Prototype.
As Digital Account Manager you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-lasting client relationships. You will be managing the creation of complex digital initiatives and be accountable for creating holistic digital strategies for the assigned accounts.
From the initial contact with a prospect over to managing long-term strategic accounts the role requires to create digital strategies, propose new concepts and plan their implementation. Together with our team of technical project managers, you will be responsible for overseeing groundbreaking digital products for our clients.
You will require strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Arabic.
The role requires a strong passion for digital media and the ability to comfortably consult clients in the planning and implementation phase of digital strategies including websites, mobile applications, and digital marketing plans. Strong presentation skills and the ability to actively consult clients and mentor team members on latest industry trends and movements are a must have.

REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities
Follow up on prospects including business opportunities from new or existing accounts.
Presenting Prototype and its service offering to new or existing clients.
Involved in client onboarding activities including requirements analysis, creating proposals and defining scopes.
Active listening to the client during onboarding calls to gain knowledge and capture notes.
Knowledge of using and maintaining CRM systems.
Manage weekly reporting on project status, dependencies and progress.
Create milestone and delivery acceptance reports.
Liaise with client to obtain mission-critical assets
Execute tasks based on strategic direction; and ensure all projects are on strategy
A heavy responsibility for Quality Assurance (QA) and cross-check for on-target deliverables.
Setup and lead client meetings.
Present Prototype to new and existing clients.

Requirements
Three years minimum experience in similar agency role
Understanding of digital, interactive design, reporting and content management tools
Excellent knowledge of design workflow and general aesthetics
Experience in managing multiple clients simultaneously
Excellent skills in scheduling, time management
High attention to detail, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to build relationships with internal teams and clients
Excellent communication skills are a must
Strong English skills are a must, both written and spoken
Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to influence, motivate and encourage others
