الوصف الوظيفي Job Details: - Facilitating and liaising with various project stakeholders from business, IT Services branch, contracted consulting services resources, executive sponsors, etc. as required. - Identification of milestones, deliverables and work plans that will form the basis for implementation. - Identification of project tasks and associated resource requirements. - Managing and developing required project work products using the Department’s IT Project Management Framework. - Identification of dependencies between streams of work and tracking and reporting the status and impact of those dependencies. - Managing risks, issues, decisions, changes, and problems to resolution. - Managing project scope, budget and timelines. - Managing the execution of project deliverables and tasks. - Facilitating accurate and comprehensive project status reporting. - Providing project direction and support. - Managing project changes to achieve project outcomes aligned with project scope, budget and timelines. - Facilitating project evaluations and lessons learned. المهارات - Experience in initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing. - Preferably an active PMP designation. - A minimum of three IT related projects for a public sector entity or for an organization of comparable size and complexity. - Experience managing IT projects with multiple stakeholders and a complex environment - Experience in the development of project charters, project management plans, and project status reports. - Experience managing project teams comprised of contracted resources who may have competing priorities. - Experience working directly with business stakeholders to design and deliver innovative technical solutions. - Ability to write project management and technical documents in a manner that can be easily understood by both business and Information Management Technology clients. - Analytical and problem solving skills in planning, and designing creative solutions to meet customer needs. - Experience working on multiple concurrent projects; able to be flexible and creative in response to changing requirements and priorities. - Experience working on an individual basis and in a team environment - Experience working in a self–directed environment. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/it-project-manager-us-technology-company-3665710/ |
