An international software consultation company located in United Arab Emirates is looking for BDM who will be responsible for carrying out the sales activities of Selling the services offered by the company, in the fields of IT Document Management and Document Scanning Services to achieve the Set target objectives by the Management.
Job Description:
*Generate and qualify leads.
*Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
*Source and develop client referrals.
*Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
*Participate in sales events.
*Schedule sales activity.
*Develop and maintain a customer database.
*Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
*Prepare Proposals, respond to RFP’s , and submit Quotations to Customers.
*Negotiate Financial offers with clients.
*Present and discuss sales contracts with Customers.
*Conduct product training.
*Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
*Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
*Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
*Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
*Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.
*Conduct market research and surveys when needed.
*Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
*Submit Invoices, follow up on payment and make sure it is paid on time.
Job requirements:
*6-10 years of experience.
*Experience with IT Document Management and Document Scanning Services is highly preferred.
