ASSISTANT MANAGER – System Modeling
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
Approximate 10-15 years experience with manufacture or power utility in a similar positions.
Responsible for management of protection team, ensure protection settings are produced on time for running projects, develop and implement best work practices to ensure optimum transmission system security and reliability. Shall have excellent power system modeling and studies capability. Shall be well conversant with power system disturbance investigation and analysis. Shall maintain high quality working environment, supervise and lead a team of protection engineers. Shall have experience in protection simulation software PSSE, CAPE or equivalent. Should be able to develop and train protection engineers on a range of Transmission protection issues. Shall have excellent power system theoretical knowledge including generation and EHV protection applications. Shall have proven capability in managing data and documentation associated with all protection and related power system equipment. Shall have excellent verbal skills and high level technical report writing skills. Shall have a dedicated and professional work ethic and work well within a team environment skills.
