NEXtCARE - Dubai is looking to recruit dynamic professionals for the following positions:

DEPUTY CLAIMS DEPARTMENT MANAGER:

Successful candidate will be responsible for managing the claims department within the agreed quality & productivity standards.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years Management experience in a senior role within the Health Care Industry (TPAs, Insurance companies, Hospitals, Medical Centers).

CLAIMS DEPARTMENT SUPERVISOR:

Successful candidate will manage a large team of doctors and ensure efficiency and outcomes are met according to the company’s managed care functions and standards.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within TPA or a hospital.
For all positions:
Candidates must be holders of a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine; strong knowledge of pathophysiology & clinical treatment.

Fluency in English.

Literacy in Computer is a must
