Job opening for an experienced Executive Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi! This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office, and we’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage the executive’s calendar and handle travel arrangements.
• Conduct research and assist with special projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies.
• Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferably Tagalog speaker.
