Quality Control Coordinator

Looking for Quality Control Coordinator to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Requirements:
• Inspection department is looking for a Quality Control Coordinator whose main task will be the management of inspection activities for our different Purchase Orders in the Electrical and Instrumentation fields within a project.
• Liaise with the Project Team in order to solve any quality control matter that happens during the life cycle of the Purchase Order
• Liase with Client’s quality control representative and Vendor’s quality control personnel.
• Typical commodities to handle electrical equipment, transformers, switchgears, instruments, MAC/DCS, electrical and instrumentation cables, fibre optic cables, telecommunication systems.
• Liase with Vendor and the assigned inspector to ensure that the contractual quality control scope of works is fulfilled.
• To deal with TR Design Engineering and Project Engineers as well.
• Reporting to the Inspection Leader assigned to the Project.
• 8 - 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry.
• 5 - 7 years’ experience in Inspection activities in an EPC contractor or repudiated fabricators in Oil and Gas sector
• Very desirable experience in EPC projects
• Experience in producing/review quality documents.
• Deep Knowledge of E&I;normative and standards: IEC, IEE, ISA
• Knowledge of ASME, API, ANSI Codes
• Experience in most used E&I;equipment in Oil and Gas Industry (Electrical Equipment, Transformers, Switchgears, Instruments)
