Our channel partners are hiring a Retail Specialist for one of our clients who are into manufacturing of Chocolates and having multiple Cafes in UAE.
Job Role: Retail Specialist (Handling Café/store)
Job Location: Abu Dhabi - UAE
Requirements:
• Passion for artisanal chocolates and a strong interest in craft chocolate production.
• Strong sales techniques and sales strategies skills.
• Minimum of 3 years in retail management, preferably with a chocolate brand.
• UAE driving license – mandatory
• Fluent in English and Arabic– other languages well regarded.
Job Function:
• The Retail Specialist will be responsible for growing our customer base across the UAE. This position
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed financial targets.
• Identity opportunities to upsell and promote special offerings.
• Plan and execute visual merchandising
• Create a positive and interesting experience for all visitors,
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the craft chocolate selection, including cocoa bean origins, flavour profiles, and unique selling points.
• Team management: rosters, leave, evaluations, and operations.
