Key responsibilities:
• Successful delivery of aforementioned Client initiatives.
• Managing the engagement to ensure successful timely delivery.
• Lead Salesforce architecture and technical team in designing, creating and enhancing the application architecture and assist Client to shape their architectural vision and roadmap plan.
• Design and implement the solution framework with the Salesforce development team.
• Create POCs for Client to help understand the proposed solution and also drive the solution meetings with key stakeholders.
• Engage with Client’s IT and Business stakeholders for the assessment, solution design and scoping exercise for new initiatives. • Conduct a series of workshops and discovery sessions to co-create below documentations o Level 1 Solution Architecture
• Cross-cloud solution assessment and recommendations for fit-for-purpose
• Level 2 solution design. Based on new requirements and the Level 1 solution architecture,
• Cross cloud solution assessment an updated solution design to cover
• Hexa BPM decommission and use Native Salesforce OOTB processes and flows
• Community Revamp architecture and delivery approach
• Best practices design to complete the community revamp with business continuity
• Advisory and assistance in Application troubleshooting. This activity is a lower priority compared to Level 1 and Level 2 blueprint/solution design.
• Supervising and managing the implementation vendor
