Looking for an opportunity to showcase your passion for wine and culinary expertise? Our client, an award-winning Cantonese restaurant in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a Sommelier to join their team!
As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for curating an exceptional wine list that complements the restaurant’s authentic cuisine. You will also work closely with the Head Chef to design food and wine pairings that enhance the dining experience for guests.
The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of wine regions and varietals, as well as experience in wine service, inventory management, and staff training. You should be confident in making wine recommendations and communicating the story behind each bottle to guests.
