Hiring Chartered Financial Analyst CFA with experience in bulk investment in the US and UAE stock markets for real estate.
• Position: Business Analyst – Investment / Equity
• Salary: AED 25,000 to 30,000
• Job Location: Ras Al Khaimah
Job Responsibilities
• Sound understanding of the UAE and the US Stock Markets
• Good understanding of the World Market.
• Undertake Analysis and recommend various scenarios
• Recommend Investment proposals to the Top Management.
• Undertake Business modeling and Project analysis
• Undertake research in the Real Estate Markets
• Well-versed with Project evaluation techniques like IRR, Discounted Cash flows
Other Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Must have a CFA qualification
• Arabic Speaking is mandatory
