We are looking to employ an HR coordinator with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. An HR coordinator is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills.
You will have excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee files and records
• Performance management
• Provide support with employee relations
• Coordinate company-wide events and training programs
• Update company policies and procedures
Experience and Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant to Human Resource Management
• CIPD certification is an advantage.
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Have a good understanding of HR practices and regulations in the UAE
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Location:
• The role will be based in our head office in Abu Dhabi, UAE
