Project Expeditor required
Urgently required by one of the reputed Oil & Gas EPC upstream facility company based in Abu Dhabi.
Educational qualification and Experience
• Candidates must be Degree in Mechanical engineering with 6 to 8 years’ experience in EPC Projects Preferably worked in Oil & gas EPC Projects
• Diploma in Mechanical engineering with 10 to 12 years’ experience. in EPC Projects Preferably worked in Oil & gas EPC Projects
• Candidate should be fluent in English (Verbal and written) communication.
• Supplier chain management Procedure and knowledge is essential.
Responsibilities Include
• Receiving the MRs / MTOs from all the Projects and capturing the same in the MR tracking sheet distribution / delegation among team and follow-up till the completion.
• Ensuring receipt of Purchase Order acknowledgement.
• Ensuring Vendor Document register submittal (VDR) as per project requirement.
• Responsible for arranging Kick Off meetings and PIM as required.
