Hiring Retail Manager with Hardware Experience.
We are hiring an Arabic Speaking Retail Manager for our showrooms in Abu Dhabi.
Job Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement the overall retail strategy
• Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to personnel
• Supervising and guiding staff -towards maximum performance
• Preparing and controlling the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a marketing store strategy
• Develop relationships with customers and develop the sales .
• Use the appropriate software to keep track of inventory losses and/or shrinkage
• Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
• Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
• Plan and oversee in-store
• Determine the need for sales improvements in the store
• Suggest new operational strategies to improve store’s performance and productivity
• Work with analyst to review profit and loss figures (P&L;)
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Retail Manager in Hardware Company
• Reliability and dependability are key traits
• Strong work ethic and a desire to improve and succeed
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail and management
• Good knowledge of sales and marketing
• Excellent leadership skills
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
