Hiring Governance Specialist
Mode of hiring/Duration: -12 Months extendable contract
Location: - Abu Dhabi
Job Description: -
• Capture details of all operational loss incidents, including near misses and tracking them till their conclusion
• Conduct Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) across the department to identify key risks and assess effectiveness of process controls
• Collect and validate Key Risk Indicator (KRI) data for uploading and reporting to monitor risk appetite and tolerance
• Upload department’s documents (policies, procedures, etc.) for risk review on timely basis
• Manage Helpdesk as backup
• Coordinate for QMS implementation and conducts quality assurance audits
• Carry-out weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Process control function
• 2-3 years relevant experience in the banking sector preferred
• Experience in risk management or audit is an advantage
