We are currently recruiting an Assistant Outlet Manager.
YOU’RE DAY TO DAY
• Manage the effective operation of the hotel restaurant.
• Ensure quality service and standards are maintained to deliver a memorable and luxurious guest experience.
• Responsible for maximizing all revenue opportunities and achieving business objectives.
• Assist management in training, motivating and coaching employees.
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions and complete safety training and certifications.
QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 1 year’ experience in the same role.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Excellent guest communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Should have certification in Essential Food Safety Training (EFST) issued by the Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority (ADFCA).
