We are looking for an Female (Arabic speaking) HR Director for a catering company based in Abu Dhabi
Job Requirements:
• Preferred gender : Female
• Must be able to communicate in English and Arabic fluently ( written & Verbal)
• Must be able to manage 400 staff
• Must have a degree in HR or Relevant field
• Must have minimum 5 years of experience in the same field
• Must have experience in Catering / F&B;/ FM sectors in the UAE/GCC
• Must have very good expertise with various HR functions within the company including Policies & Procedures / Training / Staff evaluation / Payroll / Recruiting / Onboarding / Termination / End of Service / Implementation of UAE Laws & Regulations
• Salary AED 22,000 to AED 25,000/-
