IT Security Technical Engineer

We are looking for an IT Security Technical Engineer -in UAE- to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will implement and configure Cyber Security Solutions and will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs.
Responsibilities
• Implement and configure IT Security project with applying vendor’s recommendations and standards.
• Ability to learn new Cyber Security products.
• Research and identify solutions to IT Security Solutions’ software and hardware issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
• Ensure all issues are properly logged
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Good experience with following vendors (two at least): McAfee, Trellix, Forcepoint, TrendMicro, DataLocker, Delinea.
• Good understanding for different Cyber Security technologies.
• Good teamwork and time management skills.
• UAE Driving license.
