Elite Legal Consultancy: A newly opened legal office is seeking to hire a Junior Legal Consultant in its offices in Ras Al Khaimah.
Elite Legal Consultancy provides clients with the finest legal services in the UAE and Bosnia & Herzegovina, individual or SMB or Enterprise; we help solve all legal issues at a glance, avoiding the waiting procedures to finalize the cases.
Furthermore, we are experts in negotiations, resulting in cost savings of the legal services and enabling our clients to complete the cases/disputes efficiently within an acceptable time.
Job description:
• Engaged in corporate and commercial laws. Company formation onshore/offshore and of UAE relevant economy laws.
• Administration - Quotations, Invoices and other related works
• Negotiate, draft and review contracts, agreements, and NDAs related to different business verticals.
• Study cases and prepare memos in all the fields of law
• Meet with clients.
• Combined work from the office and home
The candidate must have the below criteria:
• 1 - 2 years of experience in administration / legal affairs is preferable; we also accept fresh bachelors.
• Excellent English skills
• Knowledge of the Arabic language is desirable
• Responsibility and precision
• Willingness to learn and progress
• A driving license is preferable
