About the Role

The Retail Sales Representative (Watch & jewellery) is responsible for sales generation and delivering a positive customer experience with high levels of professional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, also facilitate variety of operational duties as assigned by the store management team.

Key Accountabilities:-

Organizing skills
Provide customers with current relevant information about the product
Provide a high level of customer service at all times
Describe a product’s features and benefits
Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications and care.
Assumes and completes other duties as assigned by store management.

About You

To be successfully considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

High School degree
3+ years’ experience in sales.
Verbal communication skills
Sales Skills & Presentation skills
Good Analytical skills & Interpersonal skills
Problem solving skills
