Proactively escalate to get issue resolution on behalf of the customers. Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience. Lead status report presentations to accurately identify situations and related action plans. Communicate with stakeholders during the management of a critical items Identify business opportunities for our customers. Actively participate in various continuous improvement activities. Your Qualifications 10+ years of proven success with account management skills required including creating, maintaining and enhancing client relationships Expert negotiation and problem-solving abilities with strong influential aptitude Previous airline experience Proficiency in Arabic. (Turkish is a plus) IT contract negotiations experience Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability Proven leadership skills with internal and external collaboration Attention to detail Technical competence (previous partnership or worked within an IT organization) Excellent written and oral communication skills Bachelor’s degree or higher The position requires the candidate to occasionally travel internationally.
