Knowledge / Skills: 5+ years of Service experience with excellent knowledge of Service Processes and Digital, Remote & Data Driven services. Experience as Deployment Lead on a country level to roll out tools developed in Dynamics365 platform. Experience in feature testing, data validation, user acceptance test and creating tickets & escalating issues to the development team. Knowledge on standardized service processes, measuring process-performance based on standard KPI’s and improvements based on good practices. Working knowledge of SAP Customer Service module and experience in creating tickets for external customers for corrective / preventive maintenance calls. Knowledge on monitoring the planning / dispatching board to check the availability of service engineers and technicians, able to assign new notifications based on call outs and planned maintenance schedule. Creating Dashboards using Power BI. Excellent communication skills with internal & external customers and Remote customer management. Basic knowledge in HVAC field with experience in Automation, Fire and Security Products and Service portfolio. Proven record of leading a team. Managing diverse competence profiles, motivating team members to maximize productivity. Responsibilities: As an Operations Excellence - Deployment Lead for RSS Middle East & Asia Pacific Region (RMA), you will be primarily responsible to roll-out various global tools across countries in Middle East & Asia Pacific Region and ensure qualitative & quantitative tool usage in each country. You should be able to liaise with each country’s Project & Service Operations Heads to get the buy-in for the tools / processes implementation. Roll-out and Deployment of several existing / future tools developed by Siemens such as Field Service, Project Management & Sales tools. Liaise with Global Product Management team and provide inputs on UI/UX improvements based on user feedback & Regional processes to ensure implementation. Coordinate with Regional IT team to ensure interfaces are developed based on global tool requirement. Support on various program initiatives for Global Customers.
