الوصف الوظيفي To expedite, share CV - Must have: 10+ years of experience, 5+ years should specific to business development focusing on either Sanitary ware or other building materials. Preferred – MBA Sales & Marketing or Business administration. Responsibilities: · To be the Brand Ambassador to the builder’s segment of the assigned territory • To educate builders on Company’s products, provide complete product details of each vertical • Specify BOQ / Mock ups in initial stages of projects, carry out sales promotional activities at projects sites, carry out sales promotional activities at projects sites. To ensure revenue generation for excluded verticals. Works closely to educate builders, their architects, their sales & marketing team, their purchase team on brand, present company position, vision, scale of the company through presentation • To brief complete product details of each vertical, company’s USPs, competition benchmarking, customer care services we offer & explain how does it benefit first their customers • To take complete details of each & every project / site being developed by builders and maintain record in company provided software • To specify BOQ / Mock ups at the initial stages of the projects, get upgradation of excluded verticals and get it approved by builders • To maintain price disciplines with builders and follow 100% SOPs in case of price increase as declared by company with each builder • Introduce and promote new products launched by the company, identify the projects to promote new products, educate key decision makers of identified projects on new products, their features • Train builders’ sales staff on company’s Products, distribute catalogues & display hoardings at projects sites Meet and exceed revenue and profit targets for the region and channel partners bring builders, their architects, their sales & marketing team, their purchase team to the Showroom • Address promptly any specific query, services, assistance if needed by the builders from the company تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/area-sales-manager-sanitary-ware-or-building-materials-uae-usd-7k-10k-64424137/ |
