The most awaited internship program is back in the UAE. The CEO for One Month 2022 program by The Adecco Group, a global HR Solutions firm offers one amazing candidate the opportunity to fill the shoes of our CEO for the most amazing internship experience.
About the Internship:
This is a one month paid internship program starting July 2022. The program runs in more than 40 countries, where the first step will be for candidates to apply to become CEO for one month in their country of residence. The selected global CEO for one month will get a taste of how to run a multinational company with 35,000 employees in 60 countries. The highly qualifying experience is a huge boost to any career!

What happens after I register?
Stage 2: After registration, you enter the candidate screening stage
Stage 3: Candidates will be screened at local level in UAE and Turkey by respective CEO1Month program managers. Screening Stage will include assessment test, telephonic interview, face-to-face interviews and cluster level bootcamp.
Stage 4: After the bootcamp, top candidate will be shortlisted for the internship program
Stage 5: Cluster level program will take place in July 2022
Stage 6: Cluster CEO for One Month will shadow and work with Cluster leaders of UAE and Turkey, getting the opportunity to have international exposure in the first phase of the program
Stage 7: At the end of Cluster CEO for One Month program, Global CEO for One Month will be selected among Country/Cluster CEO for One Months and global program will take place in September 2022
Selection and Eligibility Criteria:
We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and work with a Fortune 500 company.
Self motivated and passionate. A role model to youth in the region. A mindset that is aligned with the company’s vision and strategy of future of work!
A youth / a Millennial, currently studying or has just completed their studies. As this is our CSR initiative that empowers youth and makes them work ready, we are only seeking candidates with minimum 1 year or zero work experience.
We are open to candidates from diverse educational backgrounds and academic curriculums.
When does the internship begin?
The internship begins in July 2022.
Is it a paid internship?
This is a paid internship, the salary is motivating and very well rounded for a 1 month period.
