Support the Accounting team in the day to day financial transactions and take responsibility for ensuring all necessary administrative procedures are adhered to.
Responsibilities
Assist with budget & forecasting processes and analysis.
Compile and analyse financial information using various softwares including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Data Studio.
Prepare Excel and Power Point reports and presentations.
Execute Payments and record accounting & financial transactions with the appropriate source documents.
Assist In monthly financial statement closings.
Assist in Value Added Tax Filings.
Perform account reconciliations.
Managing the cash flow of the company across different branches.
Assist in conducting audit work (review transactions and source documents ,analysing internal controls).
Assist with and support special projects as needed.
