الوصف الوظيفي Job Title: Proposal Manager Job Code: 109/004/445 Location: Abu Dhabi Salary: AED 20,000 – AED 25,000 Industry: Engineering consultant Responsibilities: – Regular monitoring of market opportunities (by networking, research, etc.). – Analyzing RFPs and reporting with recommendation to decision-makers to participate or not. – Analyzing RFPs to understand and summarize main technical, financial and contractual requirements and risks. – Estimating internal workload requirements in various design and supervision disciplines. – Sourcing competitive proposals for outsourced parts of scope of services. – Preparing or managing preparation of all requirements of technical and financial proposals for timely submission. – Communicate internally to develop well-informed estimates of workload, timeframe, and costs. – Report to management for final discussions and authorization to issue the bid. Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or business degree. – Minimum of 5 years of experience in total, 3 of which in similar role preferably at an architectural engineering firm in the UAE. – Located in Abu Dhabi or willing to locate immediately to Abu Dhabi. – Arabic speaker with excellent written and spoken English skills. – Excellent MS office skills. – Preferable: Good presentation skills. – Preferable: Business development experience.
