الوصف الوظيفي Job Title: Recruiter Location: United Arab Emirates Salary: Commission Based Industry: Recruitment Work Mode: Remote Job Responsibilities: – Understand job requirements, execute appropriate recruitment strategies including sourcing & screening, referrals, headhunting, engaging with candidates, interviewing, and profiling. – Executive level headhunting. – Identifying recruitment sources, networking leads, social media opportunities, job fairs, advertising resources, and other tools to attract candidates. – Achieving revenue targets and meeting individual and team KPI in a fast moving and competitive recruitment environment. Job Requirements: – A minimum of 2 years previous experience working within the recruitment industry. – Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. – Strong understanding of the local GCC recruitment market. – Excellent communication and presentation skills. – Strong relationship management and negotiation skills. – Exceptional time management and organizational skills. – Target oriented smart individuals. – Ability to work remotely and accomplish the tasks assigned for the day.
