Bayut is looking for Product designers who understand how people use and interact with digital products and can couple learning with business requirements to enhance existing products or create new ones. As a product designer, you will take on complex tasks and will be required to showcase mastery over the traits listed below.

In this role, you will

Understand business requirements, usability findings, and market research to develop scenarios, use cases, and define high-level requirements
Break down complex use-case scenarios to simple concepts and define user models and user interfaces around them
Create storyboards, wireframes and prototypes based on user journeys
Lead creative and holistic thinking across diverse product releases and platforms
Design conceptual wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, information architecture diagrams, interaction specifications and functional prototypes
Create experiments to collect data for understanding user behaviour and incorporate learnings into designs
Iterate fast on multiple design explorations to arrive at a simple, but robust solution
Build relationships with relevant stakeholders in tech and product to efficiently implement cohesive and well-informed user experiences
Effectively advocate for users in a fast-paced, startup climate and impart an understanding of the user-centric intersection between design, content, business, and engineering to all stakeholders
