The Product Strategy and Operations (PSO) team’s goal is to drive product innovation by partnering closely with the sales team and define the global product go-to-market strategy for our ever-evolving ads product. Our team is constantly reinventing how we do things to meet the demands of our internal stakeholders and external clients. As part of the PSO team, we are looking for a full-time, bi-lingual (fluent Russian and English) product marketing professional to lead go-to-market for advertising solutions in Moscow covering Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, Turkey and Pakistan. The role involves close collaboration with in-market sales, headquarter product and local product marketing teams in a high growth environment. An ability to self-motivate, prioritise and influence partners are key skills. To be a successful candidate, you must have proven experience working in digital marketing/media. As part of this role, we will need you to: - Define global commercialization for TikTok’s ever-evolving ads product, with a focus on measurement. Instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy - Partner closely with Product team to deeply understand businesses measurement pain points, form business requirements and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development - Collaborate with Local Sales to define the product positioning and go-to-market strategy for TikTok’s ads measurement products in market; - Maximize value from measurement across markets by implementing meta studies and ensuring inclusion of results in case studies and at industry events - Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute global programs and initiatives - Build an understanding of the most nascent TikTok advertising and measurement products and leverage these products to achieve customer goals - Implement sales training and partner closely with subject matter experts in the sales org to ensure a high standard of product knowledge.

Ideally, you will have: - Significant overall work experience (with the majority being within measurement digital marketing (Product Marketing experience not required); - A Bachelor’s degree (or above) or equivalent practical experience; - Strong knowledge of media sales and marketing processes and technologies. (e.g. Auction or Programmatic, performance measurement, adtech/martech); - The ability to be a fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change. - Strategic thinker, can organize and structure everyone around them. - Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills. - Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity. - A commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals. - Fluent English and/or Russian or Arabic speaking skills is a plus.
