الوصف الوظيفي The manufacturing engineer is responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity. In this role, ME will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning in T&A;Shop. Safety - Own 100% compliance on basic EHS requirements. - Prepare SRA for Test and Assembly processes and M.O.C for changes. - Prepare and review lift plan with lifting supervisors/Chargehand. Quality - Lead the investigation of root cause & preventive analysis for machining defects in production. - Generate Work Instruction / M.O.P / S.O.P for critical machining processes. - Conduct training on WI, MOP, SOP and CA/PA. - Generate quality improvement projects, coordinate with Six Sigma and Engineering Teams for process & product improvements Production - Interpret and apply Drawing, VGS, and other related Engineering procedures for daily production. - Prepare and review Standard Routing and Manufacturing Order per BOM, Dwg & SQR/QA-plan before production. - Guide and solve daily technical issues regarding about Test and assembly from shop. Technical - Attend kick off meetings with internal stake holders and should resolve the technical queries which arises during the meeting. - Coordinate with design engineers for Test and assembly processes improvement. - Prepare and review test fixtures readiness for individual projects. Qualification : · Bachelor’s degree in (Mechanical/Manufacturing/Material) Engineering. · Prior experience with Lean Manufacturing is preferred.
