Hiring (JD- QC001) Quality Control Officer

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering.
• Skills: well Knowledge of regulation and GMP requirement.
• Languages: Native Arabic / English
• Work Experience: 10-15 Years’ experience
• Minimum Related Field Work Experience: 5 years’ experience in Quality Control Department in Pharmaceutical Industry.
Job Responsibility:
1. Analysis of stability samples and reporting
• Interpret test results for Stability Samples (Ongoing & formal), compare them to established specifications and control limits.
2. Protocol preparation
• Preparation of stability protocols,
3. Method Transfer
• Perform transfer of analytical methods in accordance with applicable policies or guidelines.
4. Preparation of Specifications, SOPS & STMS
• Prepare Standard operating procedure, Standard test methods, Specification and Record formats according to QC Manager Instructions.
5. Calibration of laboratory Equipment
• Perform Internal Calibration of QC Related Instrument like HPLC, UV, Polarimeter, TOC, Balance, pH meter and Conductivity meter.
6. Documentation
• Documentation and reporting of analytical results and deviations.
• Review of lab notebooks and analytical raw data.
7. Sampling and analysis of Raw materials and finished products
• Sampling and analysis and release of Raw materials, excipients packing materials ctc.
